People need to take it easy about the New Mexico game. We held the top rushing team in the country to more than 100 yards below their season average. Our offense completely dominated them. We left 11 points on the board that 9 times out of 10 we get (the Herron drop and the Norman TD that turned into a FG). We had a disastrous turnover that we don't usually commit, which was the single play that gave NM life. Despite 3 critical errors, we still won a conference game against a well coached team on the rise. We beat a team we were supposed to beat, and the final score wasn't really indicative of the level of play between the two teams.
Wyoming may give up a few points this weekend because that's what Wyoming does. We don't have a dominant defense, but I can promise you they're not going to give up more points than our offense will score on these clowns. Our one bad game has kept people skeptical, which is okay. Either way, CSU is not a good team, and rivalry or not, Wyoming is going to kick their ass.
Wyoming 53, CSU 27
