Naz is the top freshman in the conference so far according to an article from the Nevada Sports writer.
Which to me means he most likely won’t be here next year. I said that after the first 5 games he would be gone. Some big school will pay him $500k to leave.

Weird the author completely overlooked him. He has a MWC freshmen of the week award to his name
He has been seeing less minutes recently. He will be a good player, but he isn't quite ready to be a starter yet.
I think he will be a great depth piece this season, but I expect he will end up averaging around 10 mins per game for the conference season. His potential might be enough to get a decent NIL offer after this year, but I think there is at least a chance we see him back in Laramie next year. Not a chance we see Naz back.
We’re in the era where you have to enjoy what we have when we have it. The portal sucks, but it isn’t changing. Might as well get behind this team, hope for the best, and who knows, maybe a little bit of loyalty runs in some of the veins of the guys we think will leave. Or maybe some donors will pony up and get some NIL going their way. Either way, I’m going to enjoy the run this team is on!
They remind me of the Nance team when the Pokes team was undefeated and came back way down at half at Illinois St. then the Martinez incident happened and then spiraled in conference play.

The negatives:
1) We came out tighter than a ... (insert your favorite tight object),
2) We were outcoached the first 10 minutes, game plan didn't go anywhere,
3) We already dug ourselves a conference hole,
4) That 3 point shooting was atrocious. Hopefully that doesn't happen again in physical games, where space is hard to come by,
5) Our crowd still sucks. Love the comfy yellow chairs, but they magnify that so much.
The positives:
1) The kids really battled, and if a few more shots had gone in, it would have been interesting,
2) We adjusted. Sadly we were punked the first 10 minutes, but weren't at all after that,
3) The press. I've never seen a Wyoming team make a positive out of this, but we made the Lopes look like they had never seen it before,
4) Lots to learn from this game. Hopefully the team uses that first 10 minutes as motivation,
5) We have quite a few ballers on this team!
