This is not a criminal case and he's not even eligible for criminal prosecution. 5th doesn't stand.
they're already moving for contempt of congress. not sure how much legal trouble this would actually be. I'd be ok with him being thrown in jail for this. he has a pardon, he can speak freely. He's indicating that he wants to lie.

Have you tried at least listening to anyone who's broken down what's in the journal? I know you try to play as some kind of neutral objective person but you defend trans players in women's sports so I doubt any amount of evidence will sway your entrenched opinions.

I've only seen highlights of what was said in the journal. I'm sure there are some embarrassing, even immoral assertions, but if there were anything truly illegal I would suspect it would have been bigger news.

There is no way of knowing how many more lives would have been lost or saved had the response been different. this is the whole point. NIH and fauci were funding this shit. he knew the death rate was lower and went and tv and told people it was 10x higher. government incentivized hospitals to report anyone who tested positive as a covid death, leading to exaggerated death numbers. people lost their businesses, were fired for not injecting themselves with an unproven drug. The retards flooded our country with money and the costs of everything will never be the same. This isn't an "oops, my bad, can't we all move on?" Fauci was more concerned about how many tv appearances he was doing than anything else. He lied to congress over and over again. Rand Paul was right about everything and Fauci tried to cover his ass.
