If you get a pardon, you cannot use the 5th Amendment to save your ass!!!!!!! Dumb-dumb got a pardon from Sleepy Joe therefore, he can't plead the Fifth and he was using that (the 5th Amendment) to keep his mouth shut!!!.

Fifth Amendment

This is not a criminal case and he's not even eligible for criminal prosecution. 5th doesn't stand.
they're already moving for contempt of congress. not sure how much legal trouble this would actually be. I'd be ok with him being thrown in jail for this. he has a pardon, he can speak freely. He's indicating that he wants to lie.

Have you tried at least listening to anyone who's broken down what's in the journal? I know you try to play as some kind of neutral objective person but you defend trans players in women's sports so I doubt any amount of evidence will sway your entrenched opinions.
