I have been shared some details, can't confirm....Trying:

I am also told that the total value is average at $49M per year for 5 years. teh CW has an option to pick up for 6th year.
1) CBS Sports is paying $18M per year for T1 games for 6 years ((2026-2032) [CBS Television Network will carry the men's basketball championship game.]
2) FOX Sports is paying $16M per year for T2 games for 6 years (2026-2032) [Fox will carry the Mountain West championship football game.]
3) CW sports is paying $14M per year for T3 games for 5 years (2026-2030)
4) KISWE & JMI Sports is partners for T4 is paying $1M per year (2026-2032) [DTC consumer may actually bring more $ for each school)

Payouts to schools:
Guaranteed Payout to Legacy Schools 5 legacy schools × 3.5 M each = 17.5 M

Remaining TV Rights Revenue 49 M total − 17.5 M guaranteed = 31.5 M

This $31.5 M will not be distributed among all 11 schools, evenly. (NDSU/UTEP/GCU/UC Davis has a weird onboarding) [trying to confirm amounts]

Bottom line is that at some point the 31.5M will be divided by 12 at some point for 2.625M per school. Legacy schools add $3.5M (guaranteed) + $2.625M = $6.125M each of he others get 2.6M until then I am not sure what the split is.
