This is very true but not in this hypothetical question, So I'll rephrase it, Someone as talented offensively as Desmar Jackson would be a great player if they were able to learn defense under Larry Shyatt.

I get what you're getting at and won't give the typical "we don't need him response".
IF we had Desmar still, and he 100% bought into Coach Shyatts system. He would be at the level Jamaal Franklin is I think. He could score in bunches and would be starting. Probably over Luke.
Him and Leonard would be the face of the program, and both would be 1st team MWC players.
