He is smart, tries hard, and wants to be a good person.
The website is a little bit cheesy yeah, but to me it sends a message of "Hey I am trying, I might not know the best way but I am trying my damnedest".

I tend to agree with this, His only issue if you call it that from what I can recall is the Martinez situation and I think since then he has been upstanding. Anyway I just meant, size, frame, athletic ability. However Moemeka will have the advantage of a lot more Basketball under his belt.

I'm excited for the season to start looks like we are finally for the first time in quite a few years going to have a little bit of depth.

Yeah I don't like that statement. Cooke has been a wonderful addition to the team. and seems like a great young man. He was involved in the Martinez incident but wasn't charged with anything when Martinez was. That leads me to beleive there is more to that story. Since then he seems to have been a solid kid and I'm glad to have him be a member of the UW family. This kid Moemeka looks like he could be a solid piece. Always need defense and rebounding.

Apparently you guys didn't hear the story about Hankerson getting busted with weed and how DC was all of a sudden MIA and got suspended by Coach Shyatt after the CSU game?

It's one thing if you aren't hearing things about him in the newspapers, but let's just say on campus, his reputation speaks for himself.

But, I am not going to try and convince you guys to believe in my opinion of him, just letting you know there is more than meets the eye sometimes.

You students are a bunch of jersey chasing drama queens. You're like papparazzi without cameras. You should let the guys live without dumping a bunch of crappy rumors around the ones you don't like.

DC is a senior this year and has yet to get into any real trouble or it would have made the newspapers. You drama queens can gossip all you want, but that's the reality.

If you're going to sling drama queen crap at somebody, do it in person. Don't post it on a message board without anything to back it up, where it sits for everyone to see and with no chance of him defending himself.

Talk to someone who knows about how the situation with Hankerson went down. The papers don't report everything, especially when they don't know what happened.

However you want to take him as an individual, he has been a quality guy for this team. No he's not a super star, and his ft shooting is down, but he does give consistant numbers of 9ppg and 7 rpg.

No doubt he is a quality hoops player.
He even shows glimpses of being elite when Larry is in with him.
If DC learns how to shoot free throws then we can have a batman and robin duo with Larry and DC.

If I was the other team though, I would hack DC every time he went to shoot the ball.
