I would take him at Wyoming in a millisecond. He would certainly do better than 'ol Bohly did.

I would too, but would he want the job? he doesn't want to come to a dungeon and have to relocate after 3 years for being fired. it's easy for us to say we want candiate xyz but they're humans like us and if he did interview and the AD isn't gonna promise x amount of $ then he would turn us down for another school that's willing to invest.

I guess you never know if you don't ask. Something Burman never did do. Would he take the UW job, for a 5x salary increase? Of course, he isn't dump. That is boy band money compared to what he is making as OC right now.

that's true! a guy I manage at work is ULM grad, which is a significantly worse program than wyoming, and he said its nearly impossible to get candidates in the door because they know they'll be fired in 3-4 years.. so I hope wyoming never gets to that point
