Bitching

I frinkin hate late night T.V. nowadays. The hosts and the jokes are really lame!

Gawd, I miss Johnny Carson. He was the best.

I went into one of my favourite little clothing stores today to buy gifts for someone. So I go over to the display stand where they always place the great clothes on sale and you won't believe what I found. They had removed their trousers and put perfume there instead!
I was shocked by that! I'm just so mad. It took so much time out of my day.
I went to another shop that sells more intimate clothing for men and found that socks were up and underwear was down all over the store.
I couldn't decide what to buy so I think I'll go back there tomorrow.

Been taking some hydrochlorothiazide to help control my Meneire's Disease, and it was going pretty well for the last year or so. And then, starting during the week of Christmas, it started making my heart beat rapidly. To the point where it was highly uncomfortable and borderline painful. Stopped taking it and see the doctor that prescribed it next Monday (haven't taken it in about 2 weeks, so I've been more prone to getting light headed than usual).

I hope the Doc can find a solution.

I received an invitation to come over to someone's house and watch "Supermassive Black Holes."
I thought it was going to be a science programme.
Imagine my shock when I learned that it was something else! :o

Isn't that the movie that Magnolia Thunderpussy stars in?

The police just gave my grandmother a ticket for parking in her own handicap parking place in front of her own house because she didn't have her handicap sticker up. Despite the handicap sign being marked with her car's licensce plate. She's had this sign up for years, never had this happen before, and has even had to call the police because someone else parked there. She's not happy right now.

More snow is coming here....supposely  ....tonight and Tomorrow. With another on Friday....PLUS 80% shot of more next Tuesday.

Feels like I'm back in Casper.

BTW, it's 11 outside right now. The wind chill is around 0.

Hahaha...yeah, and I lived in Alaska for a few years before moving to Omaha. I don't mind the cold or the snow...just don't like shoveling it...and I'm too cheap/broke to buy a snowblower.

I can't stand mispronounced words!
I can't stand people pronouncing COMPTROLLER COMPTROLLER.

Dammit. The stupid police. They ticket my grandmother's car for being in her handicap parking place in front of her house because she didn't have her sticker up. This is the 2nd time. She has talked to the city attorny about this last time, and they said that she did NOT haveto have her handicap sticker up in her handicap spot, so long as the license okate matched, she was good. The stupid police are never around when someone else parks there, unless you call them and wait an hour for them to get there, but always seem to find time to ticket her car. Fucking assholes.

I'm gonna go ahead and bitch about the enormous number of assholes who graduated from one of my universities.
Over the years I went to different universities and one of them, sadly, has so many insecure graduates who are so plastic
and have so many trust issues and I could just go on and on.
They are hard to get along with for someone like me who comes from a town of less than 500 population.
I know when I get so tired of their BS that I don't make much sense because I am holding back on my words about those who are the jerks.
I just wanted to bitch a little. And with some of those jerks I feel like going all martial arts on them.
Now I can laugh a little.

Where are you from? 500 is not much. Sounds like a few Wyoming towns.

Yeah but it was surrounded by growing cities and it now is a part of Dallas. And since the town does not exist anymore we are the last of them. Still we were small town folk. My family was in that small town and another one next to it that in 2010 had about 415. Many people don't realize it though because it's surrounded by cities. See, some of my ancestors left reservation (and later allotment) lands around Durant, OK.
