Just out of curiosity I'm wondering how many on this board reside in the shadow of The Big Horn's up in Sheridan, Wyoming?

I'm in the shadow of the Bighorns but further south in Buffalo.

You and Coach Tiller.

I be loving me some Buffalo, Wyoming.

I see him out from time-to-time. His daughter Renee started an Italian Restaurant in Buffalo called Pie Zanos.

Joe Tiller's daughter was in school the same time I was. I actually had a drunk make out session with her back in the day......I was drunk.

Go Pokes!!

Though I didn't grow up in those areas, I've always thought Sheridan/Buffalo and Lander were some of the nicest places in Wyoming.

I grew up in Cheyenne and Casper and Buffalo, to me, is by far my favorite place I have lived in Wyoming. Weather is better, not nearly as much wind, and it offers just about everything for the outdoorsman. I miss Laramie and I always will, but I really like this part of the state.

With this revelation, I'm sure if Joe frequents this board every now and again, he's thrilled to read this news.

They don't mind telling the rest of Wyoming about either. Sheridan can suck my dack. Any town with a polo field definitely thinks their shit smells like roses.

I've been to Sheridan and wasn't too impressed with it.

My home will always be in Casper.

Outside of the Cheyenne/Laramie area, Cody and Buffalo are the two best places in Wyoming. You can keep Casper and Sheridan and Jackson and Star Valley and anywhere else.

Laramie's the best town in the state. Here's why: Summers are great and UW is here, baby!
I do miss Laramie summers. The weather is gangster and the town is empty and you truly get that small town vibe. I love Laramie.

Put me in Cheyenne, put me in Rock Springs, Ten Sleep, Sheridan and the post card views of the Big Horns, Casper, put me in Rawlins, over in Torrington, Buffalo for lunch with Coach Joe, Laramie at the Buckhorn after the game, Cody, Jackson, Gillette and a coal field...no matter where you put me in Wyoming I can make it work. There is not a bad spot in the state. No place like it on earth. Wyoming.

I agree on Cody partly since I have family there.

being that close all those years I just tolerated Sheridan, wasn't my favorite town and still really isn't, but it's ok

We've actually have four polo fields now. I've always been of the opinion that our large and thriving falconry industry is why we crap roses.
