Any current pictures from the AA? Nirv? Cup?

I never use the F word, but this time I must say,.."Who the F.....decided to paint the bucking horse white?

There is still time to paint it the right color dudes.

Holy Crap!

The bucking horse is not painted white. It was just not stained. The color is just the natural wood color. I think it looks cool.

Right it's like suddenly the Cowboys are Brown & White with Gold trim, I find it oddly distracting from the school colors. Maybe it won't be that way during a game but right now I'm looking at it thinking someone did a 75% mock draft on the floor and said screw the other 25%.

The natural wood color doesn't look bad and I'm sure it'll continue to grow on me as the Pokes pile up home Ws. :D

I WAS hoping for Steamboat and the area inside the arc to be more along the lines of what they have in the Uni-Wyo, though:

The natural wood color is the golden looking area. The horse and under the basket have been white washed or something, but not natural (imo).

If this is the finished product.........it will be a problem. It looks half assed.

I will have to disagree with you. That is the natural color after the court has been sanded.

I agree here...I've seen enough wooden basketball court floors during the "sanding" stage; the pre-stain, pre-varnish phase that that is what the logo photo looks like to me. Also, don't get me wrong, I love our school colors, but not EVERYTHING has to be brown and gold, especially when it is that large.

I love the new renovations don't get me wrong but here is where I see the floor.

Kids - I love it looks great

Old fans - Why is the steamboat not Gold & Brown?

This is no different than uniforms and someone most likely older fans will bitch about it. I can live with it just seems odd the iconic steamboat that has been B&G since like forever is now not.

I would have rather seen a darker stain on Steamboat than the rest of the court, but that's a pretty sweet court all around :thumb:

Hate it. Looks rushed and unfinished. When did our colors become white? Aren't we brown and gold?

For once and for all, it isn't white, it is natural wood. You can clearly see the woodgrain in the pic, and if you don't believe that then go look at the earlier pic posted on the first page of the thread. And it will look awesome on TV, which is the point.

"The Steamboat at midcourt isn't brown and gold" is some next level bellyaching. Seriously, people.
