Any current pictures from the AA? Nirv? Cup?

I don't think it can be over stated how important the extra practice space is. The AA really is going to be a premier basketball arena for both practice and game atmosphere when this thing is said and done
 
I wonder if that light colored wood inside Steamboat and the three point lines is going to get stained. I'm happy with it just like it is, but maybe it's going to be Brown or Gold when it's all said and done.
 
Can't read what it says..."Something Something Court"? Did I miss the naming?

Where is the Pepsi logo dammit! Kidding. I like it a lot.
 
Isn't the new name Maury Brown Court? I recall that being the businessman that donated a large chunk into renovations.

After looking at the pic last night, I also thought those light-colored areas would be stained. We'll know soon enough.
 
That court design looks fantastic, we'll be getting national love for that to go along with our kickass football field.
 
After looking at that photo again I noticed that they do have more staining to do. I can't tell you everywhere they have to stain, but they do have to stain the MW logo underneath the free throw lines. You can barely notice them now. There's an odd color of yellow there and I can't imagine the MW logos staying as lightly colored as they are. Usually, those stand out and they don't stand out without some more wood stain.

I'm wondering if Steamboat or the spaces under the key are going to change. I wonder be surprised if all of those areas and the MW logos end up a different color.
 
I think the steamboat looks badass just the way it is. I prefer natural wood color to stained. We don't want the floor to be too busy

I think it will be pretty difficult to get a court design that will look bad. The nice thing about Wyoming's color scheme is it goes really good with natural wood colors. If San Jose State had our color scheme, their court would look much better. It would still be too busy, but it wouldn't be a borderline hideous court.

So do we know is the Steamboat staying pure white or w/e color that is? It's kind of distracting and takes away from the school colors. Either way I like the renovations but not sold on that court.
 
Well shit. I can see my seats from that picture, and it sure looks with the pop-out / four court layout I am going to be a loooooong ways away from the court. I am not sure I have that much "arm" left.

That is the final layout of the court. Also, those are LED screens on the baseline. I have seen these in soccer stadiums, but never in basketball arenas. Maybe I am wrong on that.
