See this is what gets me, When I said Wyoming ( before we knew they had no defense ) would beat Boise everyone said oh they lost people but they will still be top team in the MWC. I disagreed then and I do now, I think between the people they lost and the offensive coordinator combined that is going to crush them this season. I'm calling it now they lose 2 MWC min.

Still in wait and see mode with BSU. Hard to claim they'll lose 2 MWC games after beating BYU. As much as it pains me to say, there is no MWC defense even remotely close to being in the same echelon as BYU. Miles off. Not even close. And while Nelson stunk, that offense has a lot of talent from Hoffman to Apo to that O-Line. Nelson has been solid against every he has played against...except for Boise. That counts for something.

Lets see what Petersen does now with the offense. Clearly the play-calling has been horrific. Rumors going around that a new QB will play next week. That defense is terrifying, and conventional wisdom would suggest the offense will eventually get its footing.

Nevada and Fresno State both beat BSU. That's my bold and only prediction of the year.

Guess we'll see. Not totally out of the realm of possibility. But I'm sittin' back and waiting. If Petersen gets that offense clicking, its clown-stomping after clown-stomping the rest of the season.
 
HOLY SHIT the Fluffalos scored n the first quarter 7-7, You know what really blows my mind how a team playing that pathetic can get very game televised outside of the PAC network.

Picks too, they have a lot and we have a lot of " Ohh that should have been " calls where last year it would have been Gipson picking that off.

Also last year Josh Biezuns Fumbles Forced 5, I know were only 4 games in but I can already see how much the defense relied on him.
 
So Rogers starts for Vandy and goes 13/23 218, i'm really not sure why he decided to go back to Rogers it's quite obvious who the better QB is. Vandy 3rd down efficiency 2-12 that is Wyoming style 3rd down ratings.

I never had an issue with those teams being added I think USU should have been added at the same time Nevada and Hawaii joined, same with SJSU I mean basically it's somewhat unfortunate but the strong teams in the WAC that were left are the low interest teams so there is very little TV draw but they all appear to be solid teams.
