Kinda ticks me off that there's been essentially no info whatsoever on him (Marshall), and it doesn't seem like anyone in the media cares or notices since the issue has never been brought up.
Anyone on campus have him in class or see him and directly ask him?
I have heard he is still nursing an ankle injury.

Then why has he been dressing for the past couple of games?

There's no way he redshirts. We already have 6 sophomores on scholarship, there would be 7 next year if he redshirts. The coaching staff wouldn't put themselves in that situation

Can't answer that question....but I think he has been listed as questionable the past couple games.

This is the current injury report for Wyoming. I check these injury reports everyday for all teams because of my occupation. Marshall has been listed with an ankle injury and questionable for about two weeks straight. Usually when someone is questionable they play but for whatever reason Marshall hasn't been. For whatever reason the athletic department is putting out that he has an ankle problem even though I thought Shyatt said he was okay like a week ago but that is why he keeps showing up on these injury reports. This is just one source. He shows up like this on every injury report out there.

Josh Adams G Ques Thurs - Ankle - 12/7/15 Adams is sidelined with an injured ankle and is questionable to play against Southern on Thursday.
Justin James G Ques Thurs - Ankle - 12/6/15 James injured his ankle last game and is questionable Thursday against Southern.
Morris Marshall G Ques Thurs - Ankle - 12/5/15 Marshall is questionable to play Thursday against Southern due to an ankle injury.

So I guess his ankle must be bothering him and that is why he is not playing. Not sure any other reason.

He also missed a lot of practice time due to injuries before the season. He really needs to get healthy and on the court though.

I think it's pretty clear that the ceiling for this Wyoming team is an Adams, Marshall, James, McManamen, Herndon lineup with Barnes minutes being based on match-ups. Aka Gorski can provide a spark off the bench while Washington and Lieberman get the backup guard minutes. Dalton should continue to provide decent minutes assuming he isn't a match-up liability due to his size. Then Naughton will basically fill in for Barnes if Barnes gets into foul trouble.

I will say, I've seen this movie before: A Cowboy great is the unquestioned leader and best player on team in his senior season after an NCAA tournament appearance. He sprains his ankle, tries to play through it and ends up blowing his ACL in a December home game against a patsy because he was overcompensating for the ankle.

All I am saying is, I hope Josh gives his ankle the proper time to heal.

I thought the exact same thing. South Carolina wasn't exactly a patsy, though. It wasn't like Southern. I just hope that his ankle heals as well.

That South Carolina game was the dirtiest basketball game I've ever seen in my life. I hated the Gamecocks because of that game until I got engaged to one.

I remember the crowd booing on the play when Bailey got injured like the South Carolina player pulled out a gun and shot him in the knee, but that felt like the only play that there wasn't a dirty foul - or any contact for that matter.

That year's South Carolina team was not good (I think we beat them by 14 and they had a losing record that year) but I get what you're saying. This Southern team has won at Mississippi State though, probably not to be underestimated.

That is the exact lineup I've been wanting to see since the season started.

This is what I was thinking. Southern doesn't look half bad. Beat MSU and Tulsa. they have a RPI much higher than ours currently. We should win the game but can't overlook them.
