That win they had against Fresno is wierd....I never know about the border war.

With all of the staffing changes in the last week for both teams, who the hell knows what to expect this time around.

As far as the Fresno game, that might prove to be the craziest result of the year in the conference.
 
It is the Fresno CSU game that gives me a lot of pause as to the outcome on Saturday. If not for that game, the Pokes should win, but the Sawful presence levels the field to the Pokes' detriment. Add in a new temp HC factor for CSU and the players playing for him as a throwin!!

Of the 2 that played Curry looked better. He handled the pressure better.

Brousseau threw 3 interceptions with moderate pressure on him. He had 6 TD’s and 0 interceptions going into the border war. He is not the run type QB although he can.

The knock on Curry is he’s 5’10” and 180. He played earlier against SDSU. I wouldn’t be surprised if he plays more and maybe gets a start.

I am delighted to see the sheep in a dumpster fire. Not sad to see it end badly for Norvell after he took the biggest part of the Nevada program with him to CSU and Nevada has been a bigger dumpster fire since.
 
Sawvel was right. Wyoming let off the gas second half. Checking the stats, the game actually appears on paper closer than it was. I wish they would have pounded CSU until the last second.

We were up by 4 scores and played a decent number of 2nd stringers and substituted liberally. I'll take it. We have SDSU on the road next week and we'll need everyone. They're probably the 2nd best team we'll play this year.
