Here are some key numbers to keep in mind when the University of Wyoming football team opens the season Saturday at home against North Dakota:
8: Seniors on the roster, seven of which will play. The eighth, receiver Justin Berger, is out for the season with a knee injury.
14: True freshmen who will play either Saturday or throughout the season, according to second-year coach Craig Bohl.
19: Players listed on UW’s two-deep roster who have never played a game for the Cowboys.
In short, UW is young, and you’d better have a roster in hand to keep track of all the new faces.
