Yay! More problems with the MWC board.

I can get into the site itself, but it won't let me view any of the topics. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, last night I couldn't even get to the site itself. Just me, or is this becoming more and more frequent?

why not register mountainwestsports|chat|talk or something, setup the forums, and go post a topic over there? looks like the place is melting down with people wanting to talk but unable to.
 
I tried the last time it was down. They have no interest in giving it up. We were ready to move on it.. setting up a domain/forum woulda taken us an hour but.. no dice.

Ha. Have you checked since BYU went independent? The guy that runs that forum is a BYU grad/fan/something. If anything, I bet you could get some of their user's to a new forum because of that.

Well, that forum, and many of the oldest posters on there have been using it (and it's predecessors) since before the WAC 16.
 
So if another MWC fan site were to pop-up (hypothetically)... what would you guys want to see? What would make it a great site, in your eyes?

I bit of moderation would be nice. I like the idea of self moderation on a board, but when douche nozzles like moose knuckle come on the mwcboard someone should step up and shut them down. It would also be nice to have separate boards for different sports.

I'm hoping that if we go forward w/ this MWC fan site that we can tie the two sites together.

Being able to subscribe to posts, new posts, the user cp is better. You can customize it a lot more. Nothing wrong with this set up. I was admin on a site with it for a couple years and its really easy to work with I just prefer vb
 
You can subscribe to posts on these forums.. not sure about posts.. I've done used that function before. What site did you admin w/ VB?
