No doubt about it!! Austyn Carta-Samuels!!
Seriously, the best QB performance in recent memory. At least since the Bramlets. The way he is able to make things happen on his feet as a true freshman is pretty unbelievable. He kinda looks a lot like a young version of that QB TX has. That 3rd and one where he rolled right and found Burkhalter(? i think) was a heckuva play. To answer UNLV 3 times like that late in the game, you can't help but be impressed (regardless of opponent).
Honorable Mentions:
-Ian Watts (he made everything...which is nice to have! and he has been here all of a month)
-Austin McCoy (did he take steroids? seriously his leg this year compared to last year is eye opening)
-Tashaun Gipson (first two interceptions of his career and they were huge!)

I call for a new way to do this for one...what happened to the poll? and i think we should have a offensive player and a D/Special teams player of the week so this week it could be ACS and Ian Watts
Mostly.. I'm lazy.. and I always manage to miss someone. But we can restart the poll next week if you guys want to.

If the final score was 10-7 or 20-17 I would go with Tashaun Gipson, but since the offense did so well I think it has to be ACS. Both were huge, for me it comes down to the feeling that the offense won this game more than the defense did. It was a great team effort, nearly a flawless game really, but ACS has to get my vote this week, way to go kid!
Finally got this updated.. got busy the last couple of nights. ACS it is! The first of many, I'm sure.
Did you guys want to see a Colorado thumped us worse?
