So, I used my amazing skills of scouting video of suu games from last year on youtube. Check'em out if you want. It really does look like a large high school team on the field. I had four things stick out at me while I watched each games highlights:
1. #9 Sitake -is a real legit player. This guy has the most speed on the Offense. But, he's small. Only 5-10 and 180lb's When you keep him in front of you he tends to really struggle. In the open, his hands are great and he is amazingly fast.
2. #19 Poots- The head WR the last two years. Gotta say, they go to him alot, he has great hands and direction. But, no speed outta this kid. One thing he's good at is using his height as an advantage. They will air it up for him and he typically comes down with it over smaller players. (not Prosinski or Gary or the Gipson Bro's though) I don't see the talent being there to take it to that secondary.
3. #5 (Didn't even get his name)- Again, undersized, but fast WR. Decent hands to catch, but, struggles to hold on to the ball. Lot's of fumbles.
4. Overall Defense- SUU is small and a step too slow in my opinion. Their D is all over the place and all they do is try to arm tackle. I see any Wyo RB ACS and WR all having a big day picking this team apart. Easy. (I hope this doesn't come back to haunt me. But, i'll put it on the line. I'm confident)
Overall I'm changing my score to a similar App State score a few years back 52-10. Wyo rolls.
