Wyoming vs Utah Valley Wednesday

First game I've been able to catch in awhile, i guess at least if we're in the CBI we might as well try and win the thing :).
Pretty good start tonight, but Jmac can't graduate soon enough. 7 of UVU's 9 pts came from the guy he's guarding. On one possession alone Jmac completely lost him on 2 separate occasions in about 10 seconds, wound up giving up a wide open 3. The other 2 points came when Jmac's guy blew by him and missed a wide open layup and someone tipped in the miss.

Yep, plus he's now thrown up at least 3, maybe 4 wild shots early in the shot clock including a couple threes, that haven't been remotely close, like literally hitting the backboard and side of the rim at the same time. Just ugly. At least Jmac has hit a couple nice quickfire threes, helps to tide my anger about his defense. :lol:
 
Lmao good gravy Dalton needs to hit the weight room in the worst way I've ever seen. That UVU guy just had a massive over the back that wasn't called, but Dalton had inside rebounding position on him and was literally knocked completely out of bounds. I've seen sturdier matchsticks.

Hahaha I've thought the exact same thing, doesn't matter if its from 8 feet, 19 feet, 12 feet, Walsh always calls it an 18 footer :lol:
 
Unable to figure out how to stop UV getting inside, then unable to get defensive rebounds is going to make this a very close game. Edwards needs to work on how to stop every team they face from easily getting inside.

Haha I take it back..... he actually did call Liebs jumper there a 15 footer.
 
Liebs has been playing really well. Love how he is very selective in his shot selection. Dalton needs to snap out of it

Can Dalton do ANYTHING right. It's Edwards player selection that's going to lose this one (along with his inability to teach players the tactics when the opponent always takes it inside)
