Wyoming @ SDUS -5.5

We are five and a half point underdogs. The O/U is 36. Needless to say they are expecting a defensive struggle! Seems like both teams will struggle to run the ball and it could come down to who can get it done through the air.

Home field advantage is going to get a 3 point edge leaving this really 2.5 point game. In essence a toss up. Time to go out and earn it!

If the Pokes play like they did against Mizz then Wyo will win. The Cowboys played close to a complete game against Mizz, if they play that way against SDSU the Pokes will win, I don't care if it is on the road.

This game is gonna be a slog. First to 17 points is probably gonna win. If the D can continue to force turnovers the Pokes will be in good shape.

SDSU has given up 45.4 yards per game and 1.8 yards per carry on the ground. Their schedule has been weak and their offense is bad so this this could be a 3-0 type of game. We'll find out if their run defense is for real or if they've feasted on bad teams. Most likely this will be the best run defense Wyoming will face all year.

Guess who has the advantage there.

If you saw any of the csewe game, then you would guess we would have the advantage. Their qb is nothing special. He missed wide open receivers, held the ball an eternity, and has no where near the mobility Chambers has. If we want to call ourselves a good team, we have to win a game like this.

I agree, Chambers is the better QB.

My key to the game is the defense forcing turnovers and potentially putting points on the board.

I actually think the Pokes do pretty well in this game rushing the ball for 200+ yards, with maybe 2 or 3 defensive TO's and I predict the Pokes prevail either 13-3 or 17-7. While Wyoming didn't look great against Idaho, they are literally 2 yards and a fumble away from being 5-0. I like our chances.

We are used to beating our heads against a wall getting 2 yards per carry and we just keep at it long enough and we end up breaking a couple long ones. Other teams give up after 18 times of getting 2 ypc, not us.

Just get the win. Super ugly, if need be (though that'll shave years off our collective lives).

Don't say that fow - at my age I have one foot in the grave already.
