I might be off on this, but what I saw with Coffman last Saturday was for the first three quarters he was trying to thread his passes past defenders to his receivers. Several of those were very close to being intercepted. In the forth quarter, he threw passes over the defender and was successful twice. It looked to me like we were able to get behind their defenders fairly easily.

I agree, plus a lot were sideline routes to WR's. In the 4th, he seemed to concentrate more on the middle of the field - shorter routes - and was more successful.

It didn't appear that Cam audibled at all on Saturday. NoDak filled the box and, instead of checking out of the play, we ran into the teeth of 8 and 9 men in the box. Is he not allowed? Did he check into the wrong play? Did he have the ability to check out of the play and opted not do it?

I don't think he is allowed to. I'm just assuming but with how tight Vigen was on who Colby could throw to last year it seems he gives them limited options.
