Wyoming @ Nevada

Nevada has had so many lucky 3s. There has to have been 4 or 5 this game that were off balance prayers that have gone in. Wish we could get lucky on our 3s

Gorski and Kelly both are not nearly athletic enough to be in this game. Jordan Caroline and 1/2 their team hold and push off on offensive rebounds. It’s no wonder they are killing us on the offensive glass

Frustrating game tonight. Seemed very winnable if we did just one thing better...one more scorer, or better rebounding, or better 3s, or better defense on their 3s, or run an offense set at their top scorer with 4 fouls to foul him out, or or or...but we couldn't quite do any of them

The best thing we could have done is not have given Aka Gorski a scholarship 4 years ago. His roster spot could have gone to someone who deserved it. He’s been such a disappointment his entire career. Always out of shape or hurt or sore or sick.... real waste of a scholly

Most likely Edwards will reward Adams' play tonight by playing him like 7 entire minutes against Boise St while Aka Gorski will play 30.

All in all, it's about what I expected. Most every team in the conference is going to lose in Reno... if we'd have gotten anything at all out of Dalton we might've had a shot, or if we could've made a few more threes. It's unreal how poorly we always shoot on the road.

A few foul calls that definitely didn't go the Pokes way, but I didn't think that played any significant part in the outcome... Plain and simple they made perimeter shots and we didn't. 11-22 50% for them, 8-27 29% for us. The 3 made 3's difference is the difference in the game.

Pokes continue to fight like that though, and could be a lot to be excited about going forward. Adams needs to continue to play big minutes

If the refs officiate properly and reply the hard foul like they do in every game in the AA that is called a flagrant 2 and he is ejected that changes the entire scope of the game.

We lost to the officials Nevada just happen to be present.

Granted we shot bad and Dalton basically shit the bed but that game was 100% decided by those officials.

Nevada is beatable but when officiating is that bad and they got every shot to fall you just aren't going to win.
