They might. Not just UW, but the entire state (since it is the copyrighted symbol of both) may go after them, considering how strict they are about that.

Not all that different though. Probably not enough if the state and school decide to do so.

I know there is an agreement about the Pistol Pete mascot, but Steamboat is the symbol of the school AND state. Should be sued.
