Wyoming @ Nebraska - GTS

When comparing Smith to Martinez, all you need to remember is that Nebraska's o-line could often give Martinez protection in practice against their own very solid d-line, while Wyoming's o-line often struggled to protect Smith against Wyoming's absolutely atrocious d-line.

Despite this, Smith put up very good numbers. That's part of why there's plenty of talk about him already as one of the higher drafted QBs two years from now. Wyoming's players never get talked about in those circumstances ahead of their draft years.

Last 4 years of UW recruiting, 20 3 star commits or higher.
Last years recruiting class for Nebraksa, 24 3 star recruits or higher.

I look a little more into recruiting than most, but you boys better hope your first stringers do not get winded becuase you cannot be deep at all. Goodluck in this weeks game.

Nebraska 52
Cowgirls 17
So...you think Wyoming, who trains a snap-every-15-to-18-seconds-offense at over 7200 ft, is going to roll into Lincoln at 1170 ft and get tired...WTF? Seriously....I dont see stamina being an issue

Nebraska will play 3 deep at every position except QB and kickers with very little drop off. Wyoming won't even bring enough players to do that. Especially talented players. The average high temperature over the last week in laramei has been 79 degrees. The average high temperture in Lincoln has been 94 degrees. The predicted high in Lincoln Saturday is 97 degrees with 95 being the temperature at kick off. We might not see your most talented team in the second half.

I agree cramps and dehydration will be larger factor than being winded or out of shape...

Iowa State LOL -

if the pokes get 8 turnovers like the cyclowns did in that game, they will almost certainly win.

There's no almost about it. If you give B-Smith an extra free 8 possesions Wyo should blow Nebraska out. 8 turnovers is INSANE. Unrealistic to think anything like that will happen. Wyo needs 2-3 to stay in it, while not turning it over at all. IF Nebraska has 8 turnovers Wyo should win by 21 at least.
I mean wow 8 freaking turnovers is CRAZY.

What if wyoming also has 8? or 9 or 10? There are no absolutes.

If Wyo turns it over 8 or 9 or 10 times, Nebraska will win by 50.

I didn't say there were any absolutes.
