Wyoming @ Boise State

I thought that was the best shooting game weve had since Colorado. Martinez scored inside and out. A lot of guys stepped up when Washington was on the bench with foul trouble.

Very good bounceback game after the disappointing game on tuesday.

When beat CSU it was a bad win cause CSU isn't a good team, CSU beating SDSU must SDSU a shit team.
From what I've seen so far......a lot of this has to do with those refs. There's some green and gold under those pinstripes.

The refs didn't cause this loss SDSU got straight outplayed and on top of that they are overrated.

Possibly....only time will tell. I think UW has a legitimate chance to win the MWC. SDSU looked terrible today and UNLV shot the lights out @BSU and still almost lost on Wednesday. Vegas will be interesting come March. Still a little lost on UNM. One night they look like a world-beater, the next the look like they could lose to anyone anywhere. It will all come down to whose hot and whose not come March.

Grabeau is gonna be a really good player, he is a lot like luster but younger. When he had the ball in his hands he handled it well and his shot is pretty. He will start playing more.
SDSU may have overlooked CSU a little after playing us. I'm sure they had a big lack of focus

I thought Riley Grabau did a very good job of filling in for JD today. He also showed he can shoot the 3 very well too. He is going to be good with a little more experience. The future looks bright. 17 - 4 Pokes

of that they are overrated

I really do not like the argument that SDSU or any of the other top-tier teams in the MWC are "overrated." I think we are all better off accepting how UNLV/SDSU/New Mexico are rated and then arguing that the rest of the conference is closer to them than the pundits say. If we beat UNLV in Vegas, I would rather argue that we were underrated than argue that we are mediochre and that they are overrated.

Pokes struggle w/o Luster we don't have a solid ball handler when he fouls out we are in trouble.

Grabau seemed to do a good job replacing Luster at point. But then later it looked like the point shifted to Cruz and then things weren't as good. Or was I imagining this?

You are correct and that is what I meant, When Cruz or Someone else is handling point they struggle to maintain ball control.

It's perfectly fine it's just my opinion based on their play and their overall performance.

Therefore, we have to accept the East Coast perspective that you can tell a team is either bad or overrated because they lose to a mid-tier MWC team, because goodness knows a good team would not lose to an unranked team in the MWC. I am still convinced that we have a good conference this year and mid-tier teams will beat good, top-tier teams.
