Our first offensive play was running into a box of 8 defensive players who knew the run was coming. We lost two yards and got forced into throwing the ball.

On third down, they went all out on pressure and picked it off for a score. Right off the bat our offense is rattled. Did Vigen have nothing to do with that?

Sure, Levi overthrew his receiver on second down, which was anything but ideal, but you can't keep putting this offense into those types of situations. There's a reason our quarterbacks' completion percentages have been in the 50s for most seasons Vigen's been a coach here. They're always put in a rough spot, and occasionally, it ends up really bad, like this game.

Who would have guessed a valladay run up the middle in 4th and 3? That call was pulling from deep in the playbook. They must have had to look all the way at the first play at the top of page 1 for that call.

Vigen is no offensive genius but pokes are playing like a team that does not think it's possible to lose the boot. The pick and the missed block had zero to do with being a bad OC (though I agree.. He ain't great)

Their guys are making plays, ours are not. There’s not a play you can call to change that. Their qb makes the deep pass, ours does not and follows it with an INT. F
