This season sure isn’t what I had hoped for. While many seem to think a coaching change is necessary, the unfortunate reality is we probably can’t afford the buyout. What’s more unfortunate is that a head coach has to have a sense of arrogance, moxy, whatever you want to call it, and it’s just not evident when you watch our sideline. NOBODY has that air of confidence, including the players. Although we had a lot of returning players, it seems as though all of the vocal leaders are gone and nobody knows how to fill that role. That role isn’t one that just happens. It’s learned by observing a strong, confident coach, teammate, or anyone in a leadership position. Our kids look like the blind leading the blind and their leader just paces up and down the sideline, lost. So hard to watch. I feel bad for the players more than anyone. That said, I will still be in the stands every home game, just like I was in the Vic years. This too shall pass, I just hope it passes quickly. In the new era of college football, this isn’t the best time to be this bad.

I'm sorry so many of you chose to watch that Wyoming "team" again. You must really be gluttons for punishment!

This season is lost, and has been lost, since about the 2nd quarter of the ASU game. There was a 0% chance that the worst coaching staff I have ever seen was going to turn this around. I know the buyout for Sawvel is going to be fiscally difficult for UW to achieve, but it is an ABSOLUTE MUST. I know it's a bit of a "no-no" to fire a coach before the season is over, but if there was ever a case for it, this is it.

Don't feel like you need to continue to support this train wreck.
