Wyo-Texas game in Laramie

I know there are already a lot of posts about the wyo texas game being aired on tv, but I am wondering if anyone in Laramie will have the game on tv in Wyo2Dal can't stream it?
At someones house? at a bar? at the union? anything?

Problem is, is that FIOS seems to only be on the coasts, not in the mountain or central timezones where the majority of Poke fans live.
