Can someone explain why we won't put one of the like five indistinguishable QBs down the depth chart in the game?

Same reason why we only gave Wick the ball 5 times the whole game, because it makes absolutely no sense.

As usual these top 10 game threads turn toxic so I'll take my leave, Those of you bitching because Hill is in the game. Backups are getting play time and that is what people have bitched about backups needing so just let the backups learn what needs to be done.

To say struggle implies knowledge of the concept. He has no clue and no internal clock. He has to get better

Respectfully disagree. I don't believe he has to get much better. Everyone knew this year was going to be tough at QB. Kirk is here one last year and after this game will be playing teams that aren't as talented and then he graduates.

On to year two of this rebuilding job and hopefully brighter play at QB.

Kirk is who we thought he would be.

He has to get MUCH better to beat winning teams period, Maybe you thought this is who Kirk would be but I didn't because outside of 1 game in 5 years I had no idea who he was. But being a QB College I expected him to have more Football IQ.

An example being Derek Cooke Jr having 1 year of Basketball experience when coming to Wyoming. That is how I see Kirk, He doesn't come off to me as a senior that has learned anything over multiple years. He just plays more like a Freshman with zero College experience.

Bizarre, right? You'd think 2 TDs vs. Oregon and Michigan State equals at least 4-5 vs. the likes of Montana, Air Force, etc.

Again, we don't suck. We are simply not a top ten team. Being 3-1 and playing like we have shows we have room to work. But that we suck? No. We've shown that we can play, and we will not back down.

I'll admit it. I WAS WRONG ! I thought that Bohl was teaching proper tackling techniques. I was wrong. Or maybe the defenders were thinking DC was still coaching.

The hardest thing in the world is getting people who've never had the chance otherwise to believe in themselves. Bohl's inherited damn near an entire team of those and it shows. I only hope he can express his disappointment in a way that motivates, rather than deflates. It's hard to do anymore with Gen-Wuss...

I don't think he's capable of getting better though. He just isn't good.

Exactly. I think the psychological damage from DC runs deep in most of this team. It's Bohl's fifth game as an FBS coach and he's playing, IMO, with damaged goods.

Put into context, this result will be looked upon as neither unexpected nor disappointing, at least through the eyes of anyone besides a Wyoming fan.

And he hasn't played much, maybe something is wrong with him? Or we know that he is one of our key players, let's not get him hurt going into conference play, and very winnable games... We still have May playing. Or is he not good enough for you?

By the way was that 4th down sack Kirks fault or our OL letting four MSU players get him before he can get any kind of look?
