Wyo @ Fresno

Friggan embarrassing performance tonight. Maybe the guys should stay off twitter talking about how awesome California is with no snow and should focus on why their there. God I am pissed

Why were we not fouling down 4 with 40 seconds left?

Also, that foul called on Sobey around 1:30 to go was the worst call I have ever seen.
 
Figures we lose this game. Wyoming is now 0-9 in Fresno all time. Everytime we start to think we are getting better we lose to a team at the bottom of the conference. Yeah Fresno is tough even though they have a bad conference record but Wyoming has to win games like that if they are going to finish in the top half of the conference.

Free throws cost us this game. 9-17 from the line won't get it done on the road.

Well hopefully they get a win over Utah St. on Saturday.

He looks like an emotional trainwreck.
 
I think if they call a foul instead of traveling when Adams was tripped its a different outcome. And how the hell does a guy who punched a player not get kicked out?!
 
Fresno is way better than their record admits, and I had a feeling that we'd let this one get by us. This isn't a "horrible" loss as the Bulldog team will be a thorn in everyone's side the rest of the way out, there aren't any gimmies this year either. Johnson and Guerrero are a handful, i hate the loss but I accept it, unfortunately.....

This. Fresno is a few points away from being over .500. I watched them take UNLV (at UNLV) to OT, and should have won. I knew the game would be a tough one.

I know that Fresno is better than their record, but what bothers me is that Wyo had this game, and lost it. JUST MAKE FREE THROWS!

Sloppy play again. Just looked off.

That and the fact that we are now right back in the middle of the pack with all the other people with 3 to 4 wins and losses, instead of being a step ahead at 5-2.

I still think that Wyo can beat USU, but now we HAVE to, because after the NM-UNLV road trip we will likely be 4-6 if we don't beat USU saturday. Then SDSU is in town.

We need to beat USU to stay at .500 after the road trip.

I agree completely. These, along with the blocking foul on Sobey when Guerrero lowered his shoulder into him, were blatantly bad calls. The one where Guerrero punched Grabau in the balls from behind was so obvious there should have been no hesitation on ejecting him, but then we had Hall as the lead official so that is to be expected.

The missed free throws were enough to win the game though.
