WYO @ CSU

Wheels really came off, and seems the engine broke down too. Why does this always seem to happen? We seem to get something good going, and then something happens to a key player, and everything falls apart.
 
Hate to say it but the season is over with. We looked lost on defense out there without Nance. We will get beat the first game in the conference tournament. We haven't lost by double digits all year except for at Ohio St. so when you lose by double digits against a bad CSU team you know its bad.

We might beat AFA at home and possibly CSU but those will be tough. We lose the other games for sure. Boise and Utah St. are both losses.
 
Well we knew w/o Nance this was going to be a very hard finish to the season it's not going to get any easier.

Wyoming gets within a foot of a sheep play, it's a foul. Sheep player runs over Wyoming player, no call or foul on Wyoming player. And the very sloppy play isn't helping anything either.

What really blows me away is we were a completely different team in the first half. We were shooting solid and playing solid D but with about 5 mins left in the 1st half we completely fell apart and never have recovered.

Losing to the sheep make me Ill, I hate losing in general but something about the sheep and Larry Whinestachy makes me fucking sick. I hate them

I know. Played solid, got a decent lead, and then it was gone.
 
I hate this.

I wish Wyoming fans would have made Rams fans a living hell during that 5-game win streak in football. The Rams win big last fall, and my god do they remind us about it on the MWCBoard WEEKLY......No humility whatsoever. Good chance they win again next fall, but whenever it may be that Wyoming wins the Border War in football again, I plan to be insufferable. You know, like they are.

I know this team is falling apart, but CSU has to return to Laramie in a few weeks. All bets are off on Senior Day. Its all about pride.

We'll I was speaking in generalities but ok...... Why is it that one of the worst 3 point shooting team in conference have their best performance of the season against us..... That better?
 
When I said this team may not win another game, I wasn't trying to be funny. It is what it is, gents. This team is lost without Nance on both ends of the floor.
 
Teams are going to wear us down in the 2nd half with out Larry.
We can play tough, and be in it, but the box score definitely shows that Larry wasn't out on the court.

Cooke is solid, but he can't sustain it for all 40 minutes without Larry down there with him.
 
You add everything Nance does as a player to this game and we win it easily. But this is something the team is going to have to figure out how to get wins w/o Nance. No game left on the schedule is a gimmie we could easily lose all remaining games.

So Sobey gets a technical for the moronic CSU player that ran into him, Not that the call matters but it just shows have terrible the 2nd half officiating was not just that time but all over there were quite a few shitty calls.
 
Technical foul on the shooter... These guys have no right to be refereeing anything beyond middle school games.
 
Nothing to add that hasn't already been said, except that technical foul they called on sobey for hitting the guy in the nose while shooting that 3 may be the stupidest call I've ever seen.
