wyo all star team

Forgot about Jay Straight, he was a good one as well. If you really look at it over the years we have gotten some really good players over the years, too bad we don't have more post season success to show for it all
 
The one thing I remember the most about Theo Ratliff at UW was his shot blocking ability. Other than that, he didn't really stand out. That could have been due to his coaching or the teams he was with though.
 
There are a lot of good players to choose from. My list would include:

Jay Straight was good on offense, but he would never pass to the open man and would take it himself, even when he didn't have a lane. I got so sick of watching Straight drive to the basket and be defended by four guys and still try to shoot instead of dish it out to someone who was wide Freaking open every time down the court. (Gilmore anybody?)
On top of that he was known for "too many" turnovers a game.

PG: Flynn Robinson (Two seasons on 20+ ppg, including a seasons of 26.6 and 27.0 ppg.) That's before the three ball.
SG: Charles Bradley (Four years leading scorer, second all time scorer, 13.7; 15.7; 19.1; 19.2)
SF: Fennis Dembo (Took control of games, and was WYO's all time leading scorer.)
PF: Reggie Slater (WYO's all time leading rebounder. So: 16.7 ppg, 11.3 rpg. JR: 19.2 ppg, 10.3 rpg. SR: 17.9 ppg 11.3 rpg.)
C : Theo Ratliff (Not only a scoring threat avg 14ppg, and 9 to 10 rpg, but he was our best shot blocker

Next Five
PG: Sean Dent (Moderate scorer, WYO's all time leading assister 502 total, all time steals leader 249)
SG: Tony Windis (Second all time scoring avg at 21.2ppg.)
PG: Brandon Ewing (Mr. Playmaker. FR: 13.2 ppg 2.3 apg. SO: 19.9 ppg 2.8 apg. JR: 17.2 ppg 4.0 apg.SR: 18.5 ppg 5.0 apg)
SG/SF: Marcus Bailey (Mr. Consistant. Scored in double figures 72 out of 101 games.)
C : Eric Leckner (Avg. rebounder, but was a troublemaker for opponents down low. 3rd all time leading scorer)

PG: Kenny Sailors (Only 3 time All American from WYO. And the inventor of the modern Jump shot.)
C : Bill Garnett (Four year starter, always consistant, was an All American)
PG: Ladrell Whitehead ( 3 year leading scorer 14.9ppg, 17.7 ppg, 21.7 ppg. Created opportunities even with his 5-7 stature)
PF: Josh Davis (FR: 8.6 ppg 6.0 rpg. SO: 14.3ppg 8.7 rpg. JR: 13.5 ppg 9.4 rpg. SR: 11.7 ppg 7.9 rpg.)
SF: Leon Clark (SR year: 22.4ppg 11.6 rpg. SO year lead team 10.5 rpg. JR year lead team 12.1rpg.)
PG: Chris McMillian (SO: 4.6 apg. JR: 3.7 apg. SR: 4.2 apg.)

I remember that game when Mo Alexander scored 49 points against New mexico. The most points ever scored in the AA. He was draining everything. He was pulling up from deep also.

Sheridan College. Point remains the same though i think. He was fun to watch.
