Yeah, problem was that he had no chance for a first down anywhere. Nobody was open because they dropped into coverage, and two linebackers were waiting for him to run.

Even though it wasn't a fair catch signal, I thought new rule was on a fair catch on a kickoff you get it at the 25? I've even seen that in other games already. Why didn't we get it at the 25 based on a fair catch ruling?

Need to be proficient and efficient in the run game and pass game.... Last year... Only pass... This year.... So far only run. I don't care what play you call, as long as wyo really can't do one or the other they will struggle...sux.

Wait, what? We did not "only pass" last year. We did the exact same thing. Run for 2 on first down, run for -1 on second, short pass or incomplete on third.

That's my point.... No success in either the run game or the passing game will make for a poor result.... When do you want your incompletions/sacks/interceptions? First down? Third down? Who cares.... the problem is execution/scheme not play calling.
