Agreed. Why even have a competition if many of the athletes are just going to duck their competition with lame excuses. It is a black eye on what is supposed to be a ‘warrior’ sport.

Last year both Novak and Eddie were hurt at CKLV and missed extended periods of time. Wyoming has the biggest dual coming up this Saturday against PSU. Neither Eddie or Joey competed against PSU last year and now you want that fan engagement in Laramie where the backend of the dual could provide the most fireworks for fans.

Getting buzz for the team with your best wrestlers will certainly help
