WORST EMBARRESMENT I HAVE EVER HAD

WyNative said:
THE MISFORTUNE TO BE A PART OF. I WOULD RATHER BE DII THAN GO THRU ANOTHER GAME LIKE YESTERDAY.

There's no guarantee that Wyoming would be good at the DII level. Be careful of what you wish for.

You didn't just say have some faith? How %^^&@&*&@* long do you think this has been going on you half assed rooky. Wait till your out of grade school and been around a day or two then start talking. I am out of patients.

That game from the get go was screwed up. I really felt good about our chances (that usually means I am in for a great disappointment), tailgate park was damn near empty no fans and hardly any booths nobody was there, I head for my seats and stop to talk to my daughter at her seats and there four rows back from the bottom right in the middle of the scholorship section is a fat ass BYU fan starting shit before the game even starts. It was screwed from the beginning.

I'd say your worst embarrassment should be your typing and spelling...but I'm a smart ass. Are you trying to bring down the level of discourse on this board to that of GWG? Because that's what your posts do.

I'm sure some of you were there and they We're Bad. I don't know if there was a single bright spot in that game other than we avoided any serious injuries and I'm looking at it with a week to digest it.

Was it the worst performance I've seen...ummm? It was close. Under the last 7 coaching eras, it seems a team always had some aspect of their game that is consistent or improving. even when Glenn was racking up some losses at the end of seasons, I could physically see that they were executing better, but so was the competition.

I remember when we could score, but we couldn't stop anybody. I remember some pass defenses where we rarely stopped anyone on third and a mile, we were better off having third and short. I remember when we couldn't kick a PAT, much less a field goal. All these things were part of different teams, but it seems there was always something that you did well, even during a loss.

I have no idea what the purpose of your message is.

WTF??? I could not make one ounce of sense out of any of this.

Maybe I can make it simple for you.

The post claimed this was the worst embarrassment he ever had regarding a cowboy football game, right?
You understand that part, right? OK.

Well, if he had been attending games for the last 24 years like I have, then maybe he might recall a game that they performed worse than the BYU game during that time. Do you get that? OK, good.

I didn't really finish my original post, so I'll finish it now for your sake.
In 24 years of attending games, I can't recall any of those teams not making some kind of improvement in at least one aspect of their game. I did not notice any subtle improvements in their game against BYU, did you?

So, he might have a legitimate gripe that the Pokes performance against BYU led to his embarrassment...and, comparing this performance too many others, it might have been the worse all around performance at this point of a given season.

If you're still perplexed. Then I won't waste time responding to your posts.

You say that was the first time you never saw improvement before in any game?
You still make no sense. Did you see improvement in the 2006 game vs. BYU? How about last year vs. BYU? What about 2 years ago in Utah? Did you see improvement there?

Sometimes every team just pees its pants and craps the bed. There's no improvement, nothing you can take away from the game other than a complete beating. That is what happened this year against BYU. It has happened in the past as well to everyone else. To try to somehow say that was the worst loss ever by saying that in previous blowout losses you still saw improvement makes no sense. That means you still saw improvement in a 50-0 loss to Utah. Or a 44-0 loss to BYU.

A beatdown is a beatdown and lets leave it at that. Who cares if it was the worst loss ever or the 2nd worst or the 3rd worst.
Move on and get to a bowl game and forget about it for now.

No I would say Dumb ass and if spelin wuz a qualiflying faktor for this board you'd have vry few folks here. As far as improvements went Vic's tenure was the worse. I liked that guy but I also liked Glenn just widh they could win. Maybe Tiller will build on what DC has started cause one winning season and he'll be gone.

Not sure who you are talking to, or what you mean with Tiller, he isn't coming back. But I wouldn't blame DC for leaving with fans like you who are already ready to incriminate him before you even have any evidence of him wanting to leave.
