I'd call it the dickification of America. People who want everything and want it now. Who needs to wait in line when you can cut in front of others. Well said Jimmy! God I hate how greedy, selfish, and single minded people in this country have become. Me culture. It grosses me out, especially after moving to my first city out here in the bay. Fuck ton of self entitled dickheads running around but I'm guessing its pretty much like that in all major populated places in this country these days. Wyoming isn't for me anymore and most out there were far from being my type of cat, but I did appreciate the more down to earth/salt of the earth vibes that radiate a little in that part of the world. It's that natural thing you get when your basically stuck out in nature and the country the whole time I think. Wyoming has a lot of humble pie to offer.

That said though our poor Cowboy football fans have had humble pies tossed on their face.

I don't think I'm misinterpreting "I'm done with these clowns" at all.

I am in no way saying that is a great comment, but can't a fan be upset when something like this happens? I guess this is my point. Were, as fans, expected to cheer and hoot and holler and get emotionally invested when the team is successful and then shut our mouths and quietly accept everything that happens when the team fails, be it on the field or off of it. Thats unrealistic. A lot of Wyoming fans have been Wyoming fans their entire lives. Its engrained in them. Its part of their being. It is almost like a family member. Its impossible to not have STRONG feelings when things happen that negatively affect the program.

I am not saying its right, I'm not saying its wrong. I'm saying it happens and it doesn't make anyone a dick, hateful, or a bad fan. Maybe a fan that, like Kansas said, needs to reign it in. Im as guilty as any. I get so emotionally invested in this University that I take it almost personally when things like saturday happen. But I don't miss a game, I donate every year, and I attend any away games that I can because I LOVE this team. Good, bad, or in between.

I come here for the ability to speak with like minded people and vent and blow off steam. Thats what forums are for. I think at times we confuse that. What is said on here would never be said to coach Bohl, to coach Shyatt, or any of the players and thats ok! That doesn't make someone and keyboard warrior or a punk. It makes them a fan wanting to prevent an aneurysm!
