10. Losing 2 soccer coaches - firing one highly qualified, just to lose another (to CU).

9. Firing the only coach at UW who won a championship (Buckymac).

8. The Memphis Flash - Yerty Hire & Fire situation.

7. Not improving the one area UW is consistently decent in - swimming (Corbett Sucks).

6. Hiring Heath Schroyer & Mr. Ice Cream (and the CBI dreams).

5. Losing a qualified Tennis coach - and keeping an unqualified Golf coach.

4. The DC is going to Houston contract extension & salary debacle.

3. Making the statement (to the press) that he is content with UW's athletic budget and being status quo MWC.

2. The Heath Schroyer extension.

And the number one reason, Tom Burman needs to follow DC out of Laramie...

1. So he is not allowed to make the next football coach hire!

That was one of the etc. - as to the reason it wasn't top 10.

I guess, I put most of the blame on the situation on DC. Although Burman surely handled that as poorly as humanly possible - with the delayed response and fine. Come to think of that - maybe it should have been top 10.
