Why are public schools scared of vouchers?

I'm curios for our local pro-men in women's sports crowd, I've read here and elsewhere about it but being a problem before and how the person doesn't stand out compared to the best women, it makes me wonder, do you draw competitive lines, and if so, what are they?

If a biological male is dominating in women's sports, does that make a difference? If competitive edge doesn't matter, why does identity matter? Why have title Ix at all?

Thankfully the Trump administration has solved all of this gender/sex confusion for all of us. Based on his executive order, we are ALL now women! So to all my fellow women, both those with or without a penis... girl power!

Trump signed an executive order yesterday regarding gender ideology:

Trump EO

in it, it states:
“Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.
As those in reproductive biology know, ALL embryos initially present as female before eventually developing (or not) male sex characteristics.

I get what they were going for here, but it is pretty ambiguous.

Females don't produce embryos. There are 2 gametes: oocyte (egg) and sperm of which the oocyte is bigger.

My question is what about those that produce neither?

Agreed, while the gamete argument does fit most cases, it doesn't fit 100%.
For the whole topic I think there are 3 areas that are highly debatable:

1. Biological males in women's sports.
2. Someone can identify as whatever they want. Fair enough. Forcing others to pretend with them is debatable.
3. Affirming care centered on hormone therapy for minors is questionable. Even the EU medical community is not on board with this. Before is starts, Drs and parents can't agree to assist in suicide or harmful activities even if a child consents.
