I was just responding to your point about UNC's standards being low....because that is completely not true. Their fan base has been pretty upset with UNC's recent football teams.

My assumption is based on 3 things: Who their competition is (conference, ooc,etc.) that they play against, what their stadium holds and what their average attendance is, and who they compete with in Colorado for sports dollars (CSewe, UCB, AFA, etc.).
