What to think of the Meredith letter?

I think the letter is quite telling of DC and how he runs things.
Like we have talked about before, he acts like he is Nick Saban. The difference is, well....we all know.

I don't get how he can be so stubborn within the football team?
Does he just want to fail?
I really got the sense that when DC came here, he wanted to be the next Urban Meyer. Take a MWC team to a BCS Bowl, win a couple MWC titles, then go to a big school.

He got off to a good start winning the NM Bowl with a freshman QB, and RB, and a bunch of no name WRs.
Year 2 was a down year.
Year 3 looked really promising as he produced his 2nd MWC Freshman of the year AND won MWC Coach of the year.
Then last season was the "Well if Brett wasn't injured we could have won 8 games year".
Then...this season...should have been a big one.
Now he doesn't have the excuse of Brett being hurt this season.
This season it is clear his program isn't where he (or the fans want it to be).

So WHY on earth isn't he changing it up a bit? And I don't mean by firing/hiring D-Coordinators.
I mean making little adjustments. The play calling. Coming out flat in the 2nd half of each game.

I guess it's not a letter.
It's a post from a former players parent on gowyogo talking about the way DC runs the program.

I don't think there is anything surprising in the post at all. It has been clear since basically year one that there may be issues with DC's coaching style due to the numerous defections from the program. It is just not typical for a starting quarterback to up and transfer.

Would have been a lot nicer if the writer understood the concept of a paragraph. Did he go to CSU or something?
