Another similarity between BYU and Wyoming has been the defense’s ability to score points. The Cowboys have scored five touchdowns (two fumble returns and three interceptions) on the defensive side of the ball. These five defensive scores are good enough for third best in the country as a unit. The Cougars' defense has scored four touchdowns (one fumble, three interceptions), which ranks it seventh best.

The arrogance of Brigham Young University is without match.

Even recently, BYU fans were screaming to play Alabama. BYU fans think the Cougars are better than Alabama, Ohio State, USC, and so on when they can't even beat MWC teams.

BYU fans are also so full of disdain and rage they cheered when their QB when down with a season-ending injury this year and roared when the back-up guy came in. The starting QB heard it all as he was carted off the field.

Who calls themselves the "SportsBros"? A better opponent than Wyoming? How about fuck off. God I hate these fuckers worse than CSU. I hope Wyoming comes out and hits these asshats in the mouth and just keep hitting them until they are driven into submission. Go Pokes!

Likewise. Even when a large portion of the sheep fan base deluded themselves into thinking Big 12 would come knocking, they still focused on what they supposedly would bring rather than crapping on their conference rivals and trying to claim they deserved better than the Mountain West. It was about opportunity rather than thinking they were better than everybody else.

I want BYU to die a terrible death of obscurity. I'm doing my best to not associate them with LDS, because all Mormons I know are really nice people. None of them are BYU fans, though.

Completely agree. I think there are many LDS who think the same things we do about them. I noticed a poll on their groupthink page about beating the Pokes by more than 10. Not beating the Pokes, but beating them by more than 10 points. Somebody needs to point out to them that they have only one victory this year over a team with a winning record.

I hope to never play them again in any sport at any time.

They care so little about us, but about every post on groupthink is about Wyoming....or ways to try to diminish the fans and the state. I don't get the uppidy attitudes.....but whatever makes them feel better about playing in a sandbox by themselves.

I'm with ya. No hate towards those of the LDS faith. When they put on that blue shirt though something goes sour in their brain.

It's funny how bowl games can be turning points in history for programs. I hope we pound them tonight and they continue to fade away into obscurity as we continue to rise.

We already play 1 school from Utah every year. Leave the polygamy to 1830's mormons...
 
If the first game was in Laramie the last week of the season I would take it [emoji39]

I don't think holmoe would really do a home home with Wyoming though as they don't even do a home home with Utah state.
