I thought this was pretty cool and is the reason I think if wyoming had any sort of sustained success this state would support it and then some.

It appears a very large portion of our fan base forgot about the MWC Championship Men's Basketball team from just one year ago.

I would argue that we basically are a wrestling school...it has been our most consistent sport on a national level for the past 7-8 years.

Many people get hooked on wrestling after watching their first dual...hopefully Meredith's run will bring in some new fans next year!

Bryce's run was a shot in the arm for what appeared to be a stagnating program. Between Bryce and the move to the Big XII wrestling should be on the up and up.

Agreed! The guys in the room now have to believe that competing on an elite level is possible. With Trent Olsen coming in and Drew Templeman and Bryce Meredith having two more years (and an available redshirt), Wyoming should be pretty scary at the lightweights!
