Beaver, the fuck? Just put it all in one post. No need to spam up the thread with, other than a few exceptions, a bunch of crap songs (Dust in the Wind, American Pie, Country Boy, and Free Bird being the exceptions).

Oh good god, did me putting the song names in different comments instead of one giant one ruin your night? Did it fuck up the already pointless thread?

It was all meant to be a joke and if having multiple comments really "spammed" it up or derailed the conversation I am sorry. :roll:

Personally, I think Enter Sandman from Metallica at Virginia Tech is the best into song there is.

Enter Sandman is great, but everyone uses it. Dead or Alive was a great intro.. and kind of uniquely ours. Thunderstruck is great, but a lot of teams use that, as well as Welcome to the Jungle.

I think we should stick with Dead or Alive for a few years at least, it was unique, and when it came on most of the students in the student section were singing it. I thought that it was a pretty good and unique intro for us and I didn't like thunderstruck very much. We should pick a song that is somewhat unique to a more western theme and go with it.
 
I was thinking about this a little more...

No matter the song, it will still sound like shit coming out of our 1957 transistor radio speakers.

Agreed. Dead or Alive was a great intro song for us. They screwed it up last season. I hope they fix the problem and go back to what works.
