Well yesterday at just b4 4pm they closed I-80 from Cheyenne to Laramie, and I'm like what am I gonna do? Since I'm so addicted to this team and it was senior night, a thought pops in my mind, go down to Rawhide Rd and cut across to 287, so the adventure began, across dirt roads, then wind and icy "fun" 287, got to Laramie and watch a great senior effort last night. I wasn't going to miss this one for anything, team played with an incredible energy and effort and only 1 turnover....sure gonna miss these seniors but see bright things for this future of Cowboy basketball!!! Good win last night and glad 80 openned back up for the trek home, icy scary but made it....Keep it up Pokes!!!

Several years ago, for a Utah football game, they closed I-80. Simple solution: turned around and went to Laramie via Happy Jack Road.

Or north to Wheatland then through the canyon back to Laramie. Lot of ways to skin that cat.

My understanding about HJ these days is that they close it when the close 80 most of the time, to avoid having trucker-fuckers from taking that route and killing people.

Tough for me too!
Here it was cloudy and over 70 degrees.
Then I watched the girls play on televisio while I ate dinner.
Then I watched the guys play the first half while I walked.
Then I paused the tv.
Next I got into my giant tub and had to fight my way through a strawberry bubble bath.
Once I escaped that I returned to watch the game on tv and cool off under the fans.
It was a great game for Wyoming but TCU couldn't shoot worth shit so that helped a lot.

Good thing y'all stayed safe.

Don't be so proud. That state ain't all it's cracked up to be...

I didn't use the word "proud."

STATE?

It's totally different from when I was younger.
It's hard to find a lotta REAL TEXANS.

If anything I'd describe you as frustrated with what's happened in Texas. It really has changed so much over the years. It ain't nothing like it used to be. It's gotten too crowded and controlled by outsiders. But since I was born in Laramie I'm really an outsider as well. I guess maybe you are a combination of proud and frustrated and that's understandable. You're really very complicated at times.

Regardless, Wyoming will always be WYOMING!!! I've lived in Denver 3times, Phoenix 2 times, Omaha, and Salt Lake 2 times and always come home to WYO!!!

34 sucked ass last night. Way worse than was 80. We came through to get to Laramie but then they closed it. I didn't blame them. Worst I have seen it in a long time. 80 on the way home was a cakewalk
