After all he's consistently right on the money. For example let's take a look at some of his past posts (I took fullback's advice):

TCU is the best team BY FAR in the MTN WEST. Utah is a fvckin joke! They have gotten nothing but lucky this year. TCU missed 2 short field goals to beat them. UTAH is exactly what I don't want Wyoming to become. They fvckin suck and will be EXPOSED and HUMILIATED VS. ALABAMA. I'm talking 60-0 exposed vs. Alabama. They will completely embarrass the MWC...

There was really nothing wrong with Joe Glenn's coaching... offensive or defensive. Our WR group are an average D1AA bunch. You've got Bolling and NOTHING else. This is the reason for all the INT's and the reason why Glenn is gone.

At Nebraska, Glenn would get equal talent and would then would be a yearly contender for his 4th national championship title.

Well it's too bad he'll never get the chance to show his coaching prowess that was never really on display at UW

I think Glenn would win 3 more national championships to his current 3 at a place like Nebraska where you can get top talent. Our receivers are just above D1AA quality.

Damn, I really can't figure out why Nubb didn't hire him, he's obviously the next Devany and Osborne, or maybe he is the offspring of the two!

How many of you owe Joe Glenn, Cockhill, and Cole an Apology? You blamed them for terrible playcalling, when I TOLD YOU, that the playcalling was fine. THE PROBLEM IS THE PERSONNEL RUNNING THE PLAYS. MOSTLY THE RECEIVERS. You can't find a better football coach than Joe Glenn.

Even if we don't win another game all year, we have nearly surpassed the point total for the ENTIRE 2008 YEAR.

That Colorado loss was, imo, one of the worst possible losses this program could possibly face. Getting shutout against a team that looked completely lost in its first couple games. It pretty much saved Hawkins job, and killed our recruiting battle against CU for Colorado players. It hurt very bad. I knew it was bad timing to face them though. Coming off our hyped game vs. Texas and them needing a win to save the head coach's job. Not to mention a regional matchup.. etc.. Now, I am still on the Joe Glenn bandwagon. I truly believe he is a great great coach. He just couldn't adjust his recruiting at the D1 level. I believe if he was at Nebraska, he would bring them back to National Title Contention.

Again with the Glenn and Nubb love affair. Who's gonna remember the loss to CU down the road. It hurts us as fans, but I really don't think it hurts the program. We really don't recruit much head to head with them.

I don't get what the obsession with this guy is? If he annoys you, just ignore him instead of searching all over for him and what he's said. That gets almost creepy... If you can't handle negativity or trolling, you probably shouldn't hang around on internet message boards, or maybe just use invite-only boards where you can control the board population.

Maybe it's just me being an administrator for a board with a huge population (the official Colorado Avalanche boards), but I really don't think it's THAT hard to ignore the negative nellies... sometimes they do have valid points, but generally I just feel bad for them. It must suck to walk around and just have the worst possible outlook on everything and constantly talk about how it was better in the old days, when fact is, you whined and complained just as much back then.

Personally, I think Weber is a better team. They have a much better QB and
comparable receivers, their defense is probably better as well. I feel like we stack
up well. This will be the best defense they have faced and CSU held them to 17 points
on a night when they were supposed to pumped up. Granted they get Simas back,
but I still think this is money in the bank!

Bowling Green has gotten progressively worse as far as offensive points each week.
Boise held them to 7 points, I am hopeful we can do the same. However, they have had
two weeks to prepare for us.

Witch loosing record would every one like to see end? New Mexico one year loosing streak
or UNLV 0 and forever road loosing streak? Personably I'm enjoying seeing both of these
teams that are to good to loose to Wyoming sucking it up so bad

I agree that we shouldn't play teams above our level it's much better for home games
to play teams like Weber and win and put about 20,000 cheeks in the seats than to play
teams like Old Miss,Virginia, and Texas and sell out. And we shouldn't play teams of the
talent level of Texas because it gets the fans and whole state excited and the team plays
their asses of to the point of getting the other teams respect. We also shouldn't go on
the road an play teams like Old Miss and Tennessee because we will probably loose !

I can't sugar coat any of this horrid play by the team anymore. The only side of the ball
that seems to show up every week is the d. I will not drink the kool-aid anymore...
Wyoming can't compete at the Moutain West level...PERIOD right now!!!! I have visions
of past success like the next fan and wish nothing more than to return to that level.
But it isn't going to happen!!!!! Perhaps once we stop playing these "body bag" games
(and yes, CU is considered a body bag game--just look at the score!!!) and start playing
down to our level and build the program up--then maybe we will get some excitment back
into the once proud program. I know, I know--you are all saying that Wyoming can and
will compete yadayada...but face the facts--Wyoming has been in the MWC for over 10 years
and really only have one good season. That is only 10 percent folks. Not many jobs can
you be considered good at if you are on target only 10 percent. Sure, we have had some
fine wins over the Glenn years--but the last I checked, a football season is 12 games!!!!
My opinion is Wyoming needs to stop playing these big programs and begin scheduling more
manageable teams (I.E. WAC/MAC). I know this is wishful thinking on my part as the MWC will
never allow it--but maybe that is what we need???? Because bottom line folks is...
we have been "building" for awhile now and I just don't see the results--perhaps from an
economical stand point we are doing well--but not on the field and I would rather see a
better product on the field...

The pre-season forcasters were right - Pokes last in the conference.

Sure did Porker. Staff = only coaches? I don't think so and never implied so...and this person in the football office was wrong, again, hence was I. I don't want to debate it, but I never said I talked directly to a coach, personally. Add onto that...I admitted I was misinformed, and no longer post anything from that group / or group of people.

Didn't know why you felt compelled to jump in the thread that didn't involve you, but that is pretty cool and brave...you should be commended for your wit and insight.
