The East Laramie High team of Laramie, Wyoming.....
I hope Laramie High isn't on our schedule, or Natrona or Central.... There definitely is a division of the Top Tier FBS and the rest of the FBS, and we are a have-not in the have-not section of the FBS.....
For years we have had President's and BOT members who couldn't give a rat backside about collegiate athletics, and Tom Burman was their perfect AD, a bean counter. Now we are reaping the pathetic administration at UW of all these years.
How can we be soooo bad year after year on offense?
