Interesting, yes. But also ridiculous. 22 teams stretching from coast to coast? And that leaves only 2 OOC games for each team. Meaning that teams like Air Force and Wyoming (both of whom like scheduling at least 1 FCS team and 1 AQ big time school, and AFA also has the other military academies) would be screwed OOC wise. It would help Texas recruiting at least.
