I think the best thing that happened to Wyoming with the Sternberg hiring was the shift in some key players from an attitude that was, "Good enough is good enough," to "Ok is not OK." It sounds like the Governor, Craig Bohl, Larry Shyatt and hopefully the A.D. are onboard with this new philosophy.
