I feel for the poor kid's family. I hope that the team showed him the time of his life when they brought him up. I only wish his mom could have joined him and the rest of her family on the field.

So, did the CST write anything about this? They may have, but I doubt it. They don't want to hear any good news coming from the UW football program.

+1. Exactly. Since CDC wont give "exclusive" interviews and doesn't kiss the sports writers asses, then they wont print anything positive about the football program. Very sad.

I hope Hunter and his family had the best time possible considering their circumstance. It was a real nice gesture and one I hope gets repeated. Also a nice bonus that we won so Hunter got to join a celebrating locker room!

As far as writers writing anything positive about the FB program, it's not about exclusive interviews, but simply having some access. To me it seems some sort of professional was following the entire day and filming so this video could be posted on http://www.coachchristensen.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; So a newsy person of some sort was there the entire day. I don't think that CDC would have hired someone to follow them the whole day just for some PR for himself on his website.

The University hired the person to film it. In case you haven't noticed, CDC doesn't self promote. For example, his trip over the summer. And for the media, I completely disagree. Because CDC doesn't suck the sports writers dicks and knows they are hacks, then they don't like him. His media non-access is very similar to other large football schools.

DC has done a lot of charity work & and has gone out of his way to give support to WYO fans that have had tragic events in their lives. I think he had every right to blow up about Air Force, just a shame that it was put on youtube.

I give respect to DC and staff.

Like someone else said, DC handles his stuff the way that big programs do. Let him coach. That is his job. His job isn't to go around and be a best friend to everyone he meets. Some coaches like that, especially Joe Glenn. Just because your last girlfriend was really nice and told you how great you were and your new one doesn't give you compliments all the time doesn't mean she is an unfriendly bitch.

DC grew up in pac12 country. And then coached in Big12 country, and his location of that big12 school is next door neighbors to the SEC. So why would ppl expect him to ditch all that. What I mean is ditching focusing on football to be everyones best friend.
